What we make
LimaPOS is a point of sale and back office for shops, restaurants, bars and hotels. It runs in the browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. One app covers the till, stock, customers and loyalty, staff and branches, suppliers, and double-entry accounting.
- Sell with cash, M-Pesa (including STK push to your own Till or Paybill) and card, and keep selling through a short outage on a till that's already open.
- Track stock per branch, get low-stock alerts and see suggested reorder quantities.
- Keep proper books automatically: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, trial balance, VAT and aged debtors.
- Run restaurants, bars and hotels with table orders, tabs, a kitchen display, rooms and bookings.
Which tools you get depends on your plan; each plan on the pricing section lists what it includes.
LimaPOS Tours is our separate app for tour and activity operators, covering trip planning, proposals, departures, bookings and accounting. It has its own website and sign-up.
How we work
Your business data belongs to you. We use it to run the service you sign up for, we don't sell it, and you can export your records to CSV or PDF whenever you like. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and why, and our Terms of Use set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Our Compliance page covers the laws and principles we work to.
